    Please do not submit sensitive military or identity information through our contact form, email, or messaging channels. Do not include DoD ID, Social Security Number, passport number, CAC details, orders, unit, rank, deployment details, mission information, medical information, or full travel itineraries. If you share a personnel category such as military, civilian, contractor, or family member, we use it only to understand your accommodation needs and prepare a suitable offer.

  6. Sharing with third parties

    We may share data with website hosting and IT providers, email or communication providers, booking or property partners, payment providers, accountants, tax advisers, legal advisers, cleaning or maintenance partners, airport pickup providers, or vehicle support partners if you request those services. We do not sell your personal data.

  7. International transfers

    Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision where available, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or Standard Contractual Clauses and similar safeguards where required.
