Who we are
Quickstay provides temporary furnished housing and related services. References to we, us, and our mean Quickstay and the team operating your booking.

Using our website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt or scrape services beyond normal browsing. Descriptions are shown in good faith until a booking is confirmed.

Bookings and confirmation
A booking becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit is received. You are responsible for accurate guest names, dates, and contact details.

Pricing and payment
Prices include the components stated in your offer. Invoices are due by the due date unless agreed otherwise.

Changes and cancellations
Rules depend on the rate and home selected. We point you to the applicable policy before you pay.

You agree to respect neighbours, building rules, and the house manual. Serious breaches may result in termination where permitted by law.

We are liable under mandatory law. Beyond that, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this contract, except intent or gross negligence.

Site content belongs to Quickstay or licensors. No commercial reuse without permission.

These terms follow the laws applicable to our company seat where permitted. Courts at that seat have jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.
